We recommend you maintain your grill using the methods below.
Be sure the grill is always cool before cleaning. Never use
any type of oven cleaner or put any part in a self-cleaning
oven to clean.
Stainless Steel – Wipe the stainless steel with a soft
and moist cloth using mild soap and rinse after each use.
For tougher stains, you can use a multipurpose non-abrasive
non-phosphorous metal or stainless steel polish with a soft
cloth or nylon pad. Never use steel, wire, other abrasive pads,
abrasive cleansers, or products that contain citrus products.
Other Exterior Surfaces– Wash with a mild soap and warm
water. A cloth, soft brush, or plastic cleaning pad can be used.
Rinse thoroughly and wipe dry. Never use steel, wire, other abrasive
pads, abrasive cleansers, or products that contain citrus products.
Cooking Grates and Heat Diffusers – use a stiff, brass
bristle, brush. You can also wash with a mild dish soap and
warm water, rinse, and dry. We recommend applying a thin layer
of cooking oil or spray to the grates before cooking to minimize
food sticking to the grates.
Grease Tray and Pan – check after each use. Remove
and empty when half full. Wash with warm water and mild dish
soap.
We recommend you keep your grill covered when not in use.
Be sure to let the grill cool before putting on any type of
cover.
